Brian plans and leads strategic projects that require multi-functional understanding and rapid learning. He has extensive experience in growth strategy, market research, financial analysis, venture plans, negotiations, financing and implementation. Brian has supported teams in many industries, interacting at all levels of the organization.
Brian primarily serves TP4 clients through mergers and acquisitions and strategy development projects. Prior to joining TP4, he managed the marketing, negotiation and sale of Morris Technologies and Rapid Quality Manufacturing – world leaders of 3-D printing with metal alloys – to GE Aviation at more than 3X the owners’ price expectations. He helped Alliance Institute for Integrative Medicine became a stand-alone entity after divestiture from Health Alliance and facilitated the due diligence review with potential acquirers of Franklin Savings Bank and provided strategic advice to the executive team during the sale process.
Brian is a graduate of Murray State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and Xavier University with a Master of Business Administration. He lives in Northern Kentucky.
A Miami University graduate with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, minor in Finance, as well as a Master’s of Accounting, Jack lives in downtown Cincinnati with his wife, Anna and son, Bobby.
